Windows 7 Non stop error from windows upate

stupid ass windows update why is it such a complicated installation. i fix one error than i get a anther and another and so on, and now i fixed it to the point were my windows update freezes now

Hi,
have you tried running the system file checker? If there's any corruption in the system files the SFC will attempt a repair. Right click on command prompt, choose properties then run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

If the SFC finds corruption it cannot fix then again in a admin command prompt run this command. Type:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Press enter and await results.

I do not think this command applies to Win 7. See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825099.aspx

I would try the following 2 commands at the Admin prompt:
regsvr32.exe /u C:\windows\system32\sdrsvc
regsvr32.exe /s C:\windows\system32\sdrsvc

DISM works fine with Windows 7 but it's entirely up to you what advice you use from this forum.
