Hello all,

I have been trying for the last several days to re-install an HUP Office 2010 Pro Plus (DVD) on a new install of Win 7 x64.
I switched from XP where Office 2010 worked fine.

When I first tried it I repeatedly received the error code 1920 (osppsvc).
So, after searching numerous MS help and support sites, and trying various so called fixes, permission changes, removal tools, Win. Ins. Cleanup, Ccleaner...............

I'm getting; Error: 1402 Set Up Can Not Open Registry Key
UNKNOWN\Components\88B79139D4D5BA9498A091EECE8E3D8B\00004109A20000000100

After more playing around I got the code 1923............

Now today I get NO codes! Just a short message saying there was an error during install.

I also tried my original downloaded version to no avail.

Let me know what you think and how I can go about fixing this problem.

Thank You!
