Windows 7 OLE server isn't registered

I get this error when trying to create a new data access page in MS Access 2003:
OLE Server is not registered
To register the OLE server, reinstall it.

Now, I have no idea what that is but it's halting progress that is wasting precious time.

yes i find this problem and with access 2007 sp2 the only way i find is to run access in compability mode vista and everything ok

Tepi, the solution provided at Link Removed still doesn't work on my Pc. Running Office 2003 32 bit on Window 7 64 bit OS.
