Windows 7 outlook explorer iexplorer issues

So far i am (hate to say it) loving windows7 had an issue with a icplus 10/100 ethernet adapter but replaced with a d-link and no trouble....i have issues with the three mentioned software bits as they hang ...and run two to three instances in task manger processes....once i remove and restart they work fine....other than that so far so good...and thank for listening microsoft by getting rid of the amount of time permissions were required in vista.....vista did and still sucks...i am finding this to be a big improvement.
