Windows 10 Pc themes goes black and battery drain in few minutes

when I boot my laptop it always goes black or no theme so I have to change it whenever I boot it up and battery also drains in like 1 hour. I want to know the cause of it pls help.

Edit 19.8.2019 : Firefox There was no theme in use therefore black.
