To address the issue with the PCI Memory Controller upgrade on your Asus Notebook model F3Sc after upgrading from Windows Vista Business to Windows 7 Home Premium, you can follow these steps: 1. Check Device Manager: - Open Device Manager by pressing Windows Key + X and selecting Device Manager. - Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, which might indicate the PCI Memory Controller. 2. Download Driver: - Visit the Asus support website. - Look for the support page for your specific model, the Asus F3SC notebook. - Search for the PCI Memory Controller driver under the drivers and downloads section. - Download the compatible driver for the PCI Memory Controller. 3. Install the Driver: - Once the driver is downloaded, run the installer file. - Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver. - Restart your computer after the installation is complete. 4. Windows Update: - After installing the driver, check Windows Update for any additional updates. - Sometimes, Windows Update might offer a more recent driver that could resolve the issue. 5. Driver Update Software: - Consider using third-party driver update software if manual installation proves challenging. - Tools like Driver Booster or Driver Easy can automatically scan and update drivers for you. 6. Contact Support: - If you encounter difficulties or cannot find the necessary driver, consider reaching out to Asus support for further assistance. By following these steps, you should be able to update the PCI Memory Controller driver on your Asus Notebook model F3Sc successfully. Let me know if you need further assistance!
