Hi guys. Hi have the Asus Z53Sseries and i have a problem really anoying. I can't install the PCI memory controller driver. I tried some versions for Windows Vista and XP in compatible mode and it's still saying that the driver is missing. And occasionally, a BSOD is appearing with some STOP error complaining about afd.sys

Can anyone help me?

It seems like you're experiencing issues with installing the PCI memory controller driver on your Asus Z53S series laptop, and you're also encountering a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with a STOP error related to afd.sys. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve these issues:

Installing the PCI Memory Controller Driver:

  1. Verify Compatibility: Ensure that you're using the correct driver version for your specific operating system. Since you mentioned trying versions for Windows Vista and XP, make sure you have the driver meant for the version of Windows you are currently using.
  2. Manual Installation: Sometimes, manually installing the driver can resolve issues with driver installation. Here's how you can do it...
