Windows 7 PCI simple communications controller

Have a serious problem with device driver not found for PCI simple communications controller can anyone help me out.
 
Yeah, my PCI modem is told old as well. No drivers available for it. That's why I went out and bought a USRobotics 56K USB Modem. Works great.
