Windows 8 Photo app problem.

Hello, i have a big problem with the photo app.

Thing is i don't wanna use it! i hate it! i dont wanna be working on the desktop, and then click on an image and have to go to the app, and then go back and forth between the app and the desktop to work, its annoying and time consuming! what can i make so the image stays on the desktop as a window it self so i can move arround and if there are multiple images go left and right in the window, insted of having to go from the app to the folder and select another image that will replace the other one, in the app.

Use windows default "window photo viewer". To set the default software, follow here...

then scroll down near the bottom till you find windows photo viewer and select it as the default. I use photo gallery from MS...it has more options.

Or.... simply Right Click (on the picture file)>>> Open With>>> Choose default program (at the very bottom)>>> then select Windows Photo Viewer. The next time you double click on any photo, it will open up on the Photo Viewer on the desktop.
