Hi. This is my first post here and I hope you guys can help me. I am not very good with computers but I know enough to get around. Recently my computer has been acting weird. When I try to put it in hibernation mode it will look like it has, but when I go to start it up it tells me my computer has recovered from an error. If it tries to go to sleep with the lid open, I get the blue screen of death. When I close the lid, it does the same thing I guess but I cant see the blue screen obviously. I am not sure why. I think this first started when I noticed that my network device took FOREVER to start up after I turn on my computer, and so I disabled the drivers under my network that said they weren't working. I tried re-enabling them after I started having these problems and it never helped. I am not sure how to fix the problems. Please help me :(

To try and make it more clear, I am not sure why I am getting this blue screen when it tries to hibernate, or go to sleep. Everything else seems to work fine. The file I attached has everything it is supposed to (I saw the sticky thread about what to include in my new thread when I need help.) Thanks to anyone willing to help me, I appreciate it.

The simplest solution is to reinstall the operating system. Sometimes
happens to me that the blue screen of death appeal, but never after wake up
computer. And when And when you turn on the computer or on reboot start normally?
If you reboot windows loads normally, I think that the reinstallation or repair
from the installation DVD should solve the problem.

Hi, I had a very quick look at your dump files and your drivers need updating. Also have you tried a system restore to point before the problems started?

Update this driver
rtl8192se.sys 4/26/2010 from here Realtek
All four of your dump files are very similar if not identical.

You may also find some issues with your Symantec / Norton product contributing to the problem. My suggestion would be to uninstall it through the programs and features applet in the control panel and follow that up with this vendor specific removal tool from here https://www-secure.symantec.com/nor...10133834EN&product=home&version=1&pvid=f-home and replace it with Link Removed due to 404 Error
Also you need to uninstall this driver
sptd.sys 10/11/2009 normally associated with Daemon Tools. Use this product from here DuplexSecure - Downloads (get the correct version for your architecture 32 or 64bit) and be sure to click the UNINSTALL button.
Best of luck
Randy
