The original article came from a notorious "leaking" site, which has clos associations with a pirate chinese site. The leading member, known to many, claims to work in Microsoft but not in the programming/software side. He is often first with rumours. For some reason, whilst the whole article was allowed to continue, that particular item was withdrawn, together with as many links as could be tracked.
I think it was probably premature, and involved in a beta "fork" but not necessarily planned for the final release. We will know in a couple of weeks?
