What settings did you have in the normal gui access for power control (Control Panel - Power options), before you had problems?
But you should have receieved a much longer and detailed report than that you have posted?
Look in C:\Users\Administrator for a file energy-report.html. If it is there, post it as it will help to find the fault

Listed below is the information you requested. Here is some additional information. Running Win 7 home premium on new HP desktop. The machine will go into sleep mode after the specified time after a reboot. After it wakes up it will not go into sleep mode again until I reboot.
My normal power settings is to sleep after 15 minutes on battery and plugged in but I changed it to 2 minutes in order to test.

Platform Power Management Capabilities:Supported Sleep States
Sleep states allow the computer to enter low-power modes after a period of inactivity. The S3 sleep state is the default sleep state for Windows platforms. The S3 sleep state consumes only enough power to preserve memory contents and allow the computer to resume working quickly. Very few platforms support the S1 or S2 Sleep states.

S2 Sleep Supported false
S3 Sleep Supported true
S4 Sleep Supported true
