Windows 7 priinter only prints test page

Hi
I have Laser printer Samsung CLP300
It prints the test page but will not print from any other software, EG photoshop, Offic Word.
I have all the latest drivers for windows 7 64bit and the troubleshooter finds no errors.
Kindly help.

Not been around for a while as renovations to house and home have taken up my time so greetings to all you guys

Microsoft - Install a printer


Have you installed the printer as shown ?

When trying to print with those, do you see your printer on their list ?
