If you're experiencing an issue where the "Printer series_info.ini" file keeps reappearing on your desktop, there are a few possible solutions you can try:

1. Stop sharing your printer: Sometimes, this issue occurs when your printer is being shared on a network. To check if your printer is being shared, follow these steps:
- Open the Control Panel and select "Devices and Printers."
- Right-click on your printer and choose "Printer Properties."
- Go to the "Sharing" tab and ensure that printer sharing is disabled. If it's enabled, uncheck the box and click "Apply" and then "OK."

2. Update your printer drivers: Outdated printer drivers can sometimes cause this issue. To update your printer drivers, follow these steps:
- Open the Control Panel and select "Device Manager."
- Expand the "Printers" category.
- Right-click on your printer and select "Update driver."
- Choose the "Search automatically for updated driver software" option.
- Windows will search for and install any available updates for your printer driver.

3. Disable Windows printer mapping: Windows has a feature called printer mapping, which automatically creates a series_info.ini file on your desktop. To disable this feature, follow these steps:
- Open the Control Panel and select "Devices and Printers."
- Right-click on your printer and choose "Printer Properties."
- Go to the "Advanced" tab.
- Uncheck the "Enable advanced printing features" option.
- Click "Apply" and then "OK."

4. Modify your Group Policy settings: If you're using a Windows Pro, Enterprise, or Education edition, you can modify the Group Policy settings to prevent the series_info.ini file from appearing. Note that this method requires administrative privileges. Here's how:
- Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box, then type "gpedit.msc" and hit Enter.
- In the Local Group Policy Editor, navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Printers.
- Double-click on "Disallow print job notification" and select "Enabled."
- Click "Apply" and then "OK."

After trying these solutions, restart your computer and see if the series_info.ini file issue persists.
