Solution
To bring back the toolbar with options like "Organize," "View," and "System Properties" in Windows Explorer, you can follow these steps:
1. Open File Explorer.
2. Right-click on an empty area on the toolbar (where the missing options should be).
3. In the context menu that appears, make sure that "Menu bar" is checked. This option controls the display of the toolbar you are looking for.
4. Once you check the "Menu bar," the toolbar should reappear with the options you mentioned.
By enabling the "Menu bar," you should be able to see the toolbar with the essential options you were missing from your Windows Explorer interface.
