I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and since the upgrade my Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 cannot connect to my computer. It worked perfectly in Windows Vista. I have a Sony VGN-FW235J. I updated all my device drivers and still nothing works. I have read a ton of forum posts about how to connect bluetooth devices in Windows 7 and nothing has helped. My bluetooth devices icon finally appears when i start my computer but when I go to connect the mouse it doesn't appear in the window. I have clicked the connect button so that it flashes green and red and still nothing. Please help. Thank you.
