Solution
When you encounter an error message like "Error 0 (net::OK): Unknown error" while trying to access a webpage on a secured network like the O2 network, there are several potential reasons for this issue: 1. DNS Related Issues: The message you are seeing could be due to a DNS (Domain Name System) resolution problem. Your device may be unable to resolve the domain name of the webpage to an IP address. 2. Firewall Restrictions: The secured network's firewall or security settings could be blocking access to the specific webpage. This could be due to a security measure that is falsely identifying the webpage as a potential threat. 3. Proxy Settings: If there are incorrect proxy settings configured on your device or network...

Firewall Restrictions: The secured network's firewall or security settings could be blocking access to the specific webpage. This could be due to a security measure that is falsely identifying the webpage as a potential threat. 3. Proxy Settings: If there are incorrect proxy settings configured on your device or network, it could prevent access to certain webpages. 4. SSL Certificate: The webpage might be using an SSL certificate that your device or browser does not trust, causing the connection to fail. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue: - Check DNS Settings: Ensure that your device is using the correct DNS servers. You can try changing your DNS settings to a public service like Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1). - Disable Firewall: Temporarily disable the firewall on the network or on your device to see if it is causing the issue. - Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies to eliminate any potential conflicts with the webpage. - Check Proxy Settings: Verify that your device is not using any incorrect proxy settings that could be interfering with the connection. - Update SSL Certificates: Ensure that your browser and device have the latest SSL certificates and updates installed. If you are able to access the internet on an unsecured network or via an Ethernet cable, this suggests that the issue is specific to the O2 secure network configuration. It might be beneficial to contact O2 support for assistance in troubleshooting the network connectivity issue further.
