Windows 10 Problems with sound

I have some problems with my sound which aren't site-related or due to my boxes. When i watch a movie/video on Netflix/ Youtube and other sites i can only hear the music of the film itself, i can't hear the actors talking at all. I think i may have pressed a button i do not know of? I hope you guys can help me :3
 
Solution
My guess is you have some kind of audio utility and you may have changed a setting in it. There may be an icon in the system tray to launch it and I would try restoring the default settings.
