Windows 7 Program Won't Start in One User Account But Will In The Other

Hello, I'm having a problem and I'm not sure what to do. I installed a program to my main user account which is an administrator account. When I click on the program to open, the mouse pointer changes like the program is going to load and then it stops. I logged into my second user account which is also an administrative account and the program opens without any problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

First, which account did you install to? Make sure that you "installed for all accounts", since some programs may have registry keys that are dependent on account.
