How can I password protect just a single folder?

Solution
No. Windows 7 uses permissions to control user access to files and folders. You can probably find a program to do it or encrypt the folder.

Folder guard could do it in XP and Vista, but I am not up to date with its use in 7.

Another solution, if you respect privacy, is to setup user accounts and block your own account with a password.
