Just bought a factory built computer recently (Newegg.com - CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra 2054 Athlon II X2 255(3.1GHz) 4GB DDR3 500GB ATI Radeon HD 5450 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit). It BSOD'd occasionally but I didn't think much of it, replaced the video card and power supply and now it crashes randomly, mostly when running graphics-intensive things like games. Attached are my dump files, thanks in advance for help

Hello and Welcome !
The Dump wasn't very helpful but it did point to Direct X Driver so we can narrow down to Display card. So as a first step i would recommend to run certain stress tests.
Try this free video stress test: FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Try this free stress test: Free Software - GIMPS
Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.
Run a Hardware Diagnostic: Link Removed - Invalid URL
Also turn on Driver Verifier so we can find it the culprit is a software or a hardware follow this link for instructions Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers - Windows 7 Forums
Also follow these instructions and post the Log here Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 7 Forums
Good Luck,
Captain

Ran furmark, my gpu started at 63C and levelled out at around 92-93C, no problems, but it definitely seems like it's running a bit hot =p. Maybe a cooling issue?
EDIT: Also prime95 just reported an error:

That seems like an issue with Voltages with RAM or CPU. Run the Memory Test i suggested in the link Link Removed - Invalid URL and make sure you run atleast 6 passes. Also make sure you not Overclocking if so under clock it or reset to default settings. Also make sure you have sufficient power for PSU.

Just upgraded my PSU to a Corsair 750w, so that should be fine. My graphics card may be factory overclocked, I'll check that today. Ran memtest86 overnight last night (7 hours 22 min), here's the results from 7 passes.
(Pretty sure that's not all of them but I couldn't figure out how to scroll up :x)

Well I'm still getting the crashes with the 750w. The one this comp came with was like 400 or 500, figured I'd need to replace it when I got more powerful vid card.
Oh, I misunderstood the issue to be fixed. (I looked and saw "good" very quickly in your code, lol - I had just woke up! haaha)
Let's see those newer crashes. It will probably help.
For now, you could uninstall all motherboard utilities that were from the manufacturer.
Update your Steam client to latest available.
Use CPU-Z to find out which motherboard it is. Then update the bios if any newer are available from the manufacturer.

An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an

caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.

I believe I've found your issue, although please do everything else I've posted about.
AVG is notorious for stuff like this and you have a 0x3b error in one of them.
Please uninstall AVG in safe mode. Then boot to normal and install MSE since it will never cause bsod and is much more resource friendly. *Your pc will thank you.*

I actually uninstalled AVG a few days ago after reading that it loved to crash win7 systems, but I ran that uninstaller utility in safe mode anyway. A question about driver sweeper though; when I run it it detects the ATI and Nvidia driver components and I cleaned them, but when I run it again they're still there. Also, trying to uninstall Nvidia physx via program manager causes a bluescreen:
Code:
On Fri 8/6/2010 5:49:35 PM your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: fltmgr.sys
Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFF4FFFE066F95, 0x0, 0xFFFFF88000D8923F, 0x7)
Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\080610-23821-01.dmp
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\fltmgr.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Microsoft Filesystem Filter Manager
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect, possibly the culprit is in another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.
If you can figure out which files or settings are still present, delete them manually in safe mode.
Use Ccleaner too while doing all this, to clean the registry. Keep at it all in safe mode. Search the registry manually after deleting files and using Ccleaner to clean the registry.
Search for NVIDIA then ATI and delete what you find.
After doing that stuff, reboot to normal and install the latest driver from NVIDIA's site.
(If you have an NVIDIA chipset, be careful not to delete the files/settings for this. Only video card stuff.)

Cleaned out and reinstalled drivers, then tested how a game (Dawn of War 2) ran. Was able to play for maybe 5 or 10 minutes then got a bluescreen:

Do you have another graphics card you can try?

Yep, two 6-pin power connectors. I'll double check them anyway but I'm fairly certain it's fine.

Ummmm... guys... Mind if I inject a thought here?
This is a brand spanking new machine...
Put the original parts back in it and ship it off for warranty service.
This is looking like bad voltage regulators on the motherboard.
You can spend months trying to straighten this out or wait a week for a replacement machine, your choice.
