Hi,
I am new to the forum and apologise if the information I am providing is insufficient - please let me know and I will gladly complete the same. I appreciate your help.
I am getting random BSOD's with memory management being shown as the culprit (or atleast the malaise). I have a new M11X R3 Alienware with an i5 2467M 1.6Ghz and 6GB RAM with a GT540M Graphics unit. It is running Win 7 64.
I have followed the advice given under "how to ask for help with a BSOD problem" using SF Diagnostic tool and CPU-Z. All the files are attached in the Zip presented with this post. The last BSOD episode occured just a few minutes back and happened while I was surfing using IE 9.0.4. No games were running or anything stressful - the fan does seem to be on. I use Avast AV (free version).
I wouldnt know even how to explain the problem to Dell customer care. I was recommended to this forum by my IT guys - they rate you all very highly.
Please do assist. Thank you.
