Windows 8 Reinstalling windows 8

Dear sirs
Some years back I bought a Dell Inspiron and they have installed windows 8.1.
Then I took the opportunity to upgrade it to windows 10. Till February, it was working fine. Now it is behaving funny, produces coloured lines till it reaches certain point before enabling me work with mouse. I tried many methods to rectify but I could not.
Hence I decided to reinstall windows 8.
I have the product code. Please let me know how to reinstall windows 8 into Dell laptop.

But i would recommend staying on windows 10 and doing a clean install of it instead, make sure all drivers are up to date.

You have the product key of Windows 8 which is sufficient to install Windows 10.
All you have to do is go to the official support page of Microsoft and download the Windows 10 media creation tool.
Then make a Windows 10 bootable drive and install it on your device using the Windows 8 license key.
