Windows 7 remove 'run as admin' function

how do i remove the run as administrator shield/icon on a program even though the 'run this program as administrator' button isn't selected?

Do you mean the option to run a program as admin, or the UAC icon the appears on some programs?
Sorry if this is a blonde moment for me XD
