Windows 7 Requesting help or ideas pinning an application on to taskbar.

I would like pin rklauncher application on to my taskbar.
Right clicking it will not display a pin to taskbar option.
Any ideas how I can accomplish this? I have attached a screenshot of what i want to accomplish.
