Windows 10 Resetting Network in Windows 10 with a batch file

For some reason best known to itself, my PC will not allow me to access certain websites, big ones like Outlook, BBC, BT etc unless I go to network settings, reset the network and then restart the computer, after which all is fine until I next shut down the computer. I already use a batch file which resets some things,
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
but this does not work. Is it possible for someone who has a brain to write a batch file which does what Start > Settings> Network and Internet > Status - Reset Network does please?

I'd be hugely grateful

It's possible you have some malware. Try running AdwCleaner, on your first run of it go to Settings screen and make sure the following settings are turned ON:

Delete IFEO Keys
Reset Firewall
Reset IPSEC
Reset Proxy
Reset IE Policies
Reset Chrome Policies
Reset Winsock
Reset TCP/IP
Reset Hosts File

Once they are on go back to the Dashboard and click Scan Now. Let it remove anything it finds. If it asks to remove Preinstalled software you do not have to do that step. Reboot if prompted, or after it's done and see if it helps.

No problem, let us know if it helps your situation.
