Windows 10 Right Click Menus

They look different, and I don't know why. I have Windows 10, and I downloaded the Classic Shell 4.2.2 Start Menu. Why? (See picture)

Hi

I can't see your image but it may be because of Classic Shell.

I'm not using Classic Shell with Windows 10 (I have used it in the past with Windows 7 and 8) so I don't see it myself but try turning it off and see if it makes any difference.
