Windows 10 Schedule specific time to run a task

I would like to, in Win 10, set a time and date for Defrag/Optimize
Looking for advice on accomplishing this

This is built into Windows 10, simply launch the defrag program and click on the Change Settings button to change the schedule.

All I got was "weekly" What I want is to set a specific time, (date and hour).

Look for "ScheduledDefrag" under Task Scheduler -> Task Scheduler Library -> Microsoft -> Defrag

You can start using "Task Scheduler" app in windows. Just do a simple google search for detailed steps about it.

I set defrag to run at 3 am every Wednesday.
Figured it's best to run when we\re all asleep.
Tried to check it today and am unable to
Defrag does not show on the task list, and I can not launch defrag
