Windows 8 Scrolling the Ribbon

Just was wondering if people realise that if you set the cursor on the Ribbon in a File Explorer window and use the scroll wheel one can cycle through the Ribbon tabs.

This, of course, holds true in Windows 8.1, as well.

Yes, that is correct; this does not change w/ Windows 8.1. Same thing applies to the Ribbon in Microsoft Office.
