My pc will freeze up for about 2-3 seconds every so often, and then a beep comes and everything works again. This is very frustrating, because it happens in a lot of my games. The beep is kind of like plugging your usb Ipod cord in or some usb flash drives. I have a gts 450 overclocked (never been a problem before) and I did recently put in new memory.
