Windows 10 Sound card not detected

Hi, I'd left my computer on over night and this morning I restarted it, after restarting i had no sound and my sound card is no longer being detected.

-sound card is sound blaster recon 3di

Sound drivers may be corrupted
you can reinstall your sound drivers
and restart your pc
