There was a previous thread that answered this, and I was just able to do it myself.
- Run the install application as usual. You'll get the fail message. DON'T restart
- Open the device manager
- One by one, select "update driver" and "browse manually". Select the /ProgramFiles/Sprint/Sprint SmartView/Sierra Package
- Repeat 1-3 for each device entry
- Restart the machine
- Open Sprint SmartView and follow the standard procedures
They should all update. You'll get a "cant start" message for the network adapter, but ignore it.
