Windows 7 Strange BSOD - no Minidump - Watchdog Live Kernel

Has been happening for a while now. Just updated nvidia driver, other drivers seem to be up to date as well. It's happened thrice in a row now, though the whole ordeal of 1 BSOD per day has been going on for a while longer.

Today was the first time I noticed that something was stored - in the C:/Windows/LiveKernelReport/WATCHDOG folder. I don't even know what that is about.

Below are the three reports I managed to trace. What do they mean and what is wrong?

View attachment Minidump.rar

When you get the little notice in the bottom left of your screen that says the video driver has recovered - that's where the memory dumps are stored for that event (STOP 0x117 - Video TDR timeout). If you're seeing actual BSOD's, then the minidumps are stored in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder. If you're not getting minidumps there, then there's a problem other than the STOP 0x117 errors that you're reporting.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
