Hi,
apologies for not replying sooner and thanks for posting the dump. The bsod was actually caused by wininit.exe which is a start up module needed by windows. I'd update your drivers, that means all drivers like chipset, network, graphics, audio and so.. Also check for bios updates relevant to your motherboard. If your unsure on how to proceed then post back and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
I would also either run a repair on windows itself. Change your boot order so you can boot from the 7 disk and then at the installation page choose 'Repair' instead.
Lastly, just to make sure, download malwarebytes Malwarebytes or use your own anti virus app and run a full scan of your machine.

Is it still in warranty?
Are the power cables secure, or could there be a bad connection?
Is there anything in Event Viewer around the time of the errors. The Kernel Power many times is the result of a problem and not the actual problem, although it may be a power supply situation.
Is the 1 TB green drive your primary hard drive? Have you tried disconnecting anything you do not need for testing?
Does it happen in Safe Mode?

nothing rly suspicious
what about the power supply situation ? i didn't get it ?
the HD is my main can't d/c it.
and finally
can't try that in safemode.

i meant didn't try in safe mode pardon me
the thing is
i don't know wts wrong
the pc sometimes stays for 5 days with nothing wrong
sometimes it's only 2 minutes
this is why i can't try the safe mode ...i won't know when to stop, it might last for about 10 days and on the 11th it will shutdown ....

Since it seems to be random, it will be hard to track down, so I can only recommend a couple of things.
Plug the computer into another outlet.
Start watching very carefully what is going on when it shuts down. For instance, is the shutdown related to any software you run? Are there any electrical occurrences when this happens you may have noticed? Is it the same time of day?
If it continues, I would unplug it then go and re-seat all the cards and memory and check all internal connections. Leave the case open for a while.
If you can't find anything that way, you might start replacing parts to pin down the problem. The power supply is normally the easiest and cheapest, but it might be anything from a loose CPU to a bad trace in the motherboard.

i sometimes hear weird noises like something is a bit moving in there hahaha
well
is it a hardware problem ?
and i can't change each part
might it be that the power supply not taking it ?
and no it's not a software i run
and as i said not the same time at all
very random

Hi,
if you post the minidump that may have been created when the pc blue screened then we can check what is causing the issue. Just check C:Windows/Minidump, zip the contents and post. If you find that there is nothing in the folder then you'll need to configure your pc to produce dump files.
See the screenshot below:

There is a BSOD forum, but you can attach a file by zipping it and using the paper clip. Some folks do not like going to strange websites.
I play at reading dump files occasionally, but I do not have a .rar utility.

Hi,
I'd still try malwarebytes as it runs great alongside Security Essentials and would enhance your security perfectly. Also to help me further try this app called SiW (System information for Windows): http://www.gtopala.com/ . As you can see in this screenshot it will give you the information regarding your system which you can then supply to me..

I've arrowed areas that are relevant and if you could post this information I'll be able to help further with links and the like.
Your Nvidia drivers can be found here:
