It seems like you are experiencing a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issue on your laptop. Here are some steps that might help you troubleshoot and resolve the problem based on similar cases:
1. Check for Error Code: When the BSOD occurs, it usually displays an error code. This code can provide more insight into what's causing the crash.
2. Event Viewer: Check the Event Viewer for any related error messages or warnings around the time of the crash. This can help pinpoint the cause of the crash.
3. Minidump Files: BSOD crashes often generate minidump files which contain valuable information for diagnosing the issue. These files should be located in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory.

4. System Information: Gather information about your system such as driver versions, BIOS version, and any recent hardware or software changes to aid in diagnosing the issue.
If you can provide the error code or any specific error messages from the BSOD, it would be helpful for further assistance. If you have attached the minidump files, analyzing them could also provide insights into the root cause of the BSOD.
In addition, if you encounter any specific error messages or patterns with the BSOD, sharing that information can further aid in resolving the issue. Let me know if you need help analyzing the minidump files you attached or if you have any other details to share.
