Windows 7 Trouble Booting Windows 7 Installer from DVD: Error After 'Loading Files'

Hi all
Im new here and i got a problem with windows 7 installer

when i try to boot the windows 7 from DVD after "Windows loading files"
im getting this

Try the monitor on another pc - looks like the monitor may be damaged. Is the disk you are installing from a retail installation disk?

the monitor its working good
and about the disk i booted with nero windows 7 sp1 to a dvd

You booted with Nero? What does Nero have to do with booting from a DVD to Install Windows 7? You need to be booting from a Microsoft Windows installation dvd - nothing to do with Nero.
