Windows 7 Trouble with deleting fils with ":"

Hi everyone,
I have a small problem. I have tried linux and I don't know how but it created some files with names like "00:01:36,889". I decided to stay on windows so I deleted linux but now I don't see a way how to delete this files with windows. I tried to delete them with explorer even in emergency mod. Has anyone solved this problem? The last option is boot linux from cd and try to delete them with linux.
