I was on my laptop when an error messages showed up. I wasn't able to read it because my computer shut down. When I tried to restart it, I got the blue screen of death. It happens even when I'm in safe mode, so I'm not able to get anything from my computer. I've seen three different messages.
one says DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
another one said SYSTEM-SERVICE-EXCEPTION or something like that.
and another one didn't have a message like those.

I'm not very good with computers, so I'd really like some help :(
does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Hello and Welcome to W7F !

I could be some Hardware that's causing the System to crash. Follow this link and try Hardware Diagnostic Link Removed - Invalid URL most of test are done from boot from disk.

How do I do that? I'm not able to keep the computer on long enough to download anything. Is there another way?

Do you have any other PC ?

I have my mom's laptop I can use.
