Windows 10 Troubleshooting Blurry Desktop Icons and Text: Possible Causes and Solutions

My desktop icons and text look blurry. it looks like it is opened in safe mode or like the icons are zoomed in. Here is what I have checked so far, checked to see if it is safe mode, resolution, display setting, icon size. any thoughts on what it could be.
 
Solution
Ok so it's an all-in-one It may not have those monitor buttons. You may simply have a weird resolution set.

Thank you for your response but I do not have an auto button on the monitor and I don't know how to reset or set to default. Sorry I am not that computer savvy.

What model is the monitor. There should be a sticker on it somewhere or the model will be listed on the bezel.
