Windows 7 Troubleshooting Frequent BSOD Issues Related to Ntoskrnl.exe: Need Assistance

Good Morning,

Recently I've been having bsod issues. Looking around the web, I found blue screen view but can't decipher this info. ntoskrnl.exe shows as one of the culprits, but something else may be causing that. Not being the most computer savvy person, I hope I have followed all the instructions for uploading data. The computer is running perfectly - except for bsod. Hoping someone can shed some light on my problem.

You've zipped up the .exe's that are used to run the reports. Please run the .exe's (by double-clicking on them) and that will generate a series of reports. Then zip up and upload the reports.
