Windows 7 Unable to change window 7's display language

Hello folks,

I have recently bought Windows 7 with French display language, but I'm not that good at French, so I wanted to change its display language.

My problem is that I can't use Windows Update (with French language) to install English display language, so any attempt to help will be appreciated.
