Hi everyone, I am using windows 10 on Dell 64bits and anytime I want to launch Nero software or Adobe software such as photoshop or audition, I always have this response c:\windows\system32\MSVRII0.dill is either not designed to run on windows or it contain an error.
I tried to run visual c++ redistributable for visual studio 2012 but it is not working.
Attached is the image I usually get.
Great nerds and forum members how can I correct this?

Did your computer come with W10 or did you update from an earlier version of Windows? W7 or W8x?
If you did upgrade from an earlier version did you remember to run the W10 COMPATIBILITY TEST? That might have pinpointed any of your apps including the Visual C++ issue prior to completing the upgrade.

If Mike's suggestion above doesn't work, I'd suggest a W10 Clean Install, and here's a link to the instructions on how to run the W10 COMPATIBILITY TEST: Get Windows 10 app - Check Compatibility Report for Windows 10

Hi

Is this what you installed...

Try installing both the 64 and 32 bit versions, if you didn't already, you may not have the one compatible with your software.

Your laptop might not support the use of windows 10 at all. With out the exact make/model, wont know for sure.
