Check Network Settings: - Ensure that your laptop is connected to the correct network where the server is located. - Verify that network sharing settings on your laptop are correctly configured. 2. Check Network Settings: - Ensure that your laptop is connected to the correct network where the server is located. - Verify that network sharing settings on your laptop are correctly configured. 2. Shared Folder Access: - If you are trying to access a shared folder on the server, make sure the sharing permissions are set up correctly. - Check if you have the necessary permissions to access the shared resources on the server. 3. Reset Windows Credentials: - Sometimes, Windows may store credentials for network resources. You can try removing any saved credentials. - To do this, go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage your credentials, and remove any credentials related to the server. 4. Check Group Policy: - Group Policy settings might be enforcing security measures on your network. Check if any policies are affecting network access. 5. Reset Server Passwords: - If you're unsure of any credentials set up on the server, you might need to reset the passwords for the server login if you have access to the server administration. 6. Contact IT Support: - If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, contact your IT department or the person responsible for managing the server for further assistance. If you can provide more details about the server you are trying to access or the specific error message you're encountering, I can offer more tailored guidance to help you resolve this issue.
