Windows 10 Upgrading Windows 10 Preview to Windows 10

I have a laptop that was using the Windows 10 preview that I never had time to update to the Windows 10 full version. Now when I try to start it up, it reads "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. A component of the operating system has expired file/windows/system/32/winload.exe error code:0xc0000605 You'll need to use recover tools." Can I install an ISO of Windows 10 and do a clean update to fix this problem?

No mate, sorry but you can not upgrade the preview build... format it and put the old system back on then IF it's w7sp1 or w8.1.1 you can upgrade that for free.
