Hello.

I have a very similar problem to the one posted at the end of this post:
Odd problem with US International keyboard layout - Tech Support Forum

For me, these characters are working fine and as expected: "'`~ ... but I'm having issues with ^^. It doesn't give me the chance to make êâôî characters, it just posts ^^.

Interestingly, this bug occurs in most software, including MS Office and internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE), but NOT in lower-level apps like Command prompt, notepad, or even wordpad.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the keyboard but it keeps coming back.

I remember having this problem a while back, but whenever I rebooted it would go away. This hasn't fixed it this time around.

I've even desperately tried the "Microsoft FixIt" here to no avail: How to use the United States-International keyboard layout in Windows 7, in Windows Vista, and in Windows XP

I'm a translator and this is extremely annoying! No other keyboard will do!

Please help!!!
Thank you!
