Windows 10 Usage limit exceeded message

I'm installing my Microsoft account on a tablet PC and was able to get to the security text message and got this message:

I'm not sure what limit I exceeded. All I was doing was installing my Microsoft account on a tablet PC running Windows 10. Has anybody else seen this message?

Can you go make sure your account(s) and aliases are verified.

Also see how many devices are connected to your account. Any not used ones I'd delete.
