Windows 7 Visual Studio Installtion Error

Most probably you have some programs in the background, interfering with the installation. The easiest solution could be to install SmartClose
http://www.snapfiles.com/downloadfind.php?action=s&ref=2&st=smartclose
and run it with defaults, then install Visual Studio. SmartClose shuts down everything but the necessary. I would recommend to shut down Security Programs. After reboot, do start them again, they should do it automatically, but check it.
Further options include typing in Run, and there are lots of variations, if they work... is a question.
