Alright, I hate registering for forums to make a few short posts... but now that it's been a month since this crash started I can't do anything but ask for help.
What I've done to fix the crash :
Backed up files
Formatted (full format) of all hard drives
disk check of all hard drives
Formatted with HFS+ (mac) and used disk utility scan
Reformatted and reinstalled Windows 7 Signature (Ultimate)
Installed updated chipset drivers from Gigabyte
Installed Realtek drivers from Gigabyte, then Realtek
Installed nVidia drivers from nVidia
Installed drivers for keyboard/mouse
Installed all updates
Installed WoW
Installed Steam + Medal of Honor 2010
Crash.
Ran Memtest from UBCD
Ran Windows Memory Test
Both Pass
Reset BIOS removing any overclock
Set RAM to DDR3 1600 (Corsair XMS 1600)
Made sure on board VGA (ATI somethingcrappywithsideportjoke) was off
Crash.
Reinstalled Windows on fresh 750 GB WD
Did everything I listed
Crash.
Installed Windows 7 SDK Debugger with Symbols

Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
is pointing at freed memory.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff87ff92f3f89, memory referenced.
Arg2: 0000000000000008, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
Arg3: fffff87ff92f3f89, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
address.
Arg4: 0000000000000005, (reserved)

-------------------------Dump-Ends-Here-------------------------------------------
I've contacted Valve asking them to take a look at the dump and see if it's something to do with Steam. Otherwise - I have uninstalled Steam, and MoH which I JUST bought 2 days ago. Any ideas? Does it seem like Steam doesnt like 8gb of memory? Or SLI enabled on a non SLI board? I used the SLI with 2x GTS450 for a loooong time before this started crashing. Seems to be Steam - but maybe I'm missing something. RAM is good - I even contacted Corsair and asked them about what I should do. They said that I can try boosting some voltage, since my board may not be delivering the required amount. Still crash, voltage was okay but I gave it a little boost to try it. The Phenom 2 x4 I'm using passes all stress tests, and 3D Mark 11 and 06 will run straight through no problem. Sound drivers are fine.
Any ideas? TYVM
