Windows 7 weird template

I have a problem with my win7..
when i booted it up this morning, the template view in my desktop change, mp3, notepad, and others file..

not only at my desktop, the template view in my window explorer changed as well..

here a picture of it

can anyone give me solution how to solve this?
oh, and i'm sorry if my english is not very good, english is not my primary languange :)
