Hi

On my computer it's at....

C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\MicrosoftEdge.exe

You probably had trouble finding it because it's...

Microsoftedge.exe not Edge.exe

While on the subject I want to recommend a search program that I've used for years.
It works better then anything I've ever found and far out performs Windows search.

Indeed, found it also in C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\MicrosoftEdge.exe

An easy way to find a running program is opening taskmanager, rightclick the process and choose "Open file location".
